The website is operated by Muan Joy Thai Party (the "Company", the "Organiser" or the "Business").
Use of the website, the purchase of tickets through it and attendance at the events published on it are subject to these terms and to the law in force in the State of Israel.
1. General
1.1The website sells tickets to events produced and organised by Muan Joy Thai Party.
1.2The details of each event, including its date, venue, times, price, minimum age, programme and any special conditions, are set out on that event's page on the website.
1.3Making a purchase on the website confirms that the buyer has read, understood and agreed to these terms, subject to any right the buyer has under law.
1.4The Company may update these terms from time to time. A transaction already made is governed by the terms in force when it was made, subject to any law.
2. Buying tickets
2.1Tickets are bought on the website through the website's payment system, using the payment methods shown at the time of purchase.
2.2A transaction is confirmed once payment has been approved by the credit card company or payment processor and the Company has confirmed the purchase.
2.3Once the purchase is complete, a purchase confirmation and/or an electronic ticket is sent to the email address and/or other contact details the buyer gave when ordering.
2.4The buyer is responsible for making sure that the details given at purchase, including name, phone number and email address, are correct and up to date.
2.5A ticket is personal, in the name of the buyer/attendee, and may not be transferred to another person unless the Company has expressly said otherwise for a particular event.
2.6The Company may ask to see an identity document at entry to verify the identity of the ticket holder.
2.7A ticket may not be sold, duplicated, copied or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.
3. Prices and payment
3.1Prices shown on the website include VAT where it applies to the transaction, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2The Company may change prices, promotions and offers for future purchases, but such a change does not apply to a transaction already confirmed.
3.3If a payment fails or is declined by the credit card company, the purchase is not confirmed until payment has actually been approved.
4. Cancellation by the consumer
4.1Buying an event ticket through the website is a distance sale of a leisure service, and the transaction is therefore governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the regulations made under it.
4.2In accordance with the law, a consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days of the day it was made or of the day the disclosure document / transaction details were received, whichever is later, provided that the event does not take place within 7 days, not counting rest days, of the cancellation, in accordance with the conditions set by law.
4.3On a lawful cancellation, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, subject to the law.
4.4Where the cancellation is due to a defect, a non-conformity, a failure to provide the service on time or any other breach by the Company, no cancellation fee is charged, and the refund is handled in accordance with the law.
4.5Refunds are made within the times and in the manner set by the Consumer Protection Law.
4.6Nothing in these terms detracts from any right of cancellation, refund or any other right the consumer has under law.

6.2If the Company cancels an event, it will notify buyers and act in accordance with the law regarding a refund and/or other options offered to buyers.
6.3If an event changes materially, the Company will act in accordance with the law and the circumstances of the case.

7.2Entry to the event is allowed from age 18 and over.
